Grey County Update: Warden Matrosovs and EROI

Through you Honourable Warden Matrosovs,

Congratulations on your election to the servant leader role of Warden of Grey County. This momentous event marks the possible beginning point of a greater, more unified, loving and compassionate county, that provides the conditions for the residents to succeed. It is clear that Warden Matrosovs takes her role to heart, and so we are in the best of all possible worlds, and may it continue.

Statistics demonstrate that organizations with more than 5,000 people often have better results when led by a biological female, because they have more white matter in their brain, so are able to accept a large number of data inputs, and come up with some of the best decisions/compromises a homo sapien brain can do. Wheras males tend to be more visionaries, and can be good at pursuing a particular topic or championing a particular cause, females also have larger cingulate gyrus's allowing them to more easily understand the facial and body language of other humans in the room, much better than a man on average. great book on the topic is "Leadership and the Sexes" by brain scientist Michael Gurian and Barbara Annis. As many a married man can attest, their wives have an uncanny ability of being right.

Councillor Barbara Dobreen made a great observation in her endorsement, that Andrea Matrosovs is skilled in discernment, a very valuable part of a team that completes a project. As Councillor Kevin Eccles mentioned in his endorsement, Andrea Matrosovs is about "we" and unity, a team player. Each project has six stages and each human team member is skilled in two of them, they being wonder, invention, discernment, organization, helping and perseverance. Each of you can judge for yourselves which you love doing, and may benefit from partnering up with some people who have complimentary talents, so you can bring projects from initiation (wonder) to completion (perseverance) within a group of as little as 3 or 4.

In other news, interviewed the scientist that invented Energy Return On Investment, Charles A S Hall, or Charlie as he prefers, he was quite impressed with our Peak Oil Chat group. He's been published in the scientific journals Nature and Science, and has hundreds of papers published. May even do a collaboration paper with some of us. Simon Michaux recently got his first peer reviewed publication also.
